Behaviour Specialist Lead

At Unity Education Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Pastoral Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting positive behaviour, providing support to students, and working closely with teachers and other school staff.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who has experience in establishing positive relationships with students and staff, implementing behaviour strategies, and raising attainment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting the well-being and academic success of our students.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement behaviour strategies to improve student conduct and attendance.
- Provide support to students experiencing emotional or behavioural crisis.
- Liaise with the School Safeguarding Team and respond appropriately to concerns.
- Oversight of the running and management of the Pastoral Support Room, Relocation Room, and Standards Room.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastoral or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm and patient demeanour.
- A commitment to supporting the well-being and academic success of our students.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
