RAC Motoring Services is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Care Team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers via multiple contact channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Work closely with our technical and roadside teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
Requirements
  • Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair experience.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Resilient and determined.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills.
  • Computer literate, good numerical and literacy skills.
