Housing Assistant Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Housing Management team at Grove Village, delivering professional housing and estate management services to our customers.

As a Housing Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our rented and leasehold customers, providing administrative support to the Housing Officers, including preparation of documents, invoice coding, and maintenance of property management information.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Collaborative team player
  • Willingness to provide feedback to improve services
