We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Assistant to join our team at Your Housing Group. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers living on Grove Village.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and repairs reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available for management purposes.
  • Collaborate with the housing officers to provide administrative support and contribute to the delivery of housing management services.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide feedback to improve services.
