Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the team to ensure all areas of responsibility are met

  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area
  • Promote Health and Safety as a top priority
  • Perform daily duties as a Team Member and deputize in the absence of the Brand Manager

Pay Rates:

£16-17 per hour, £18-20 per hour, £21+ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Location: Haven Haggerston Castle Holiday Park, Beal, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 2PA

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast food, restaurant, or hospitality environment, as well as previous experience working as a shift leader. You should be able to lead and coach the team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

We are part of an award-winning Bourne Leisure family, which includes Haven and Warner Hotels. We have 9,000 fantastic team members and 39 beautiful seaside locations, with our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7-day period and may include evenings and weekends (depending on the role). We aim to offer flexibility where possible, including full or part-time hours.
