Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Team Lead to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Management Team and supervising the 0-25 Admin Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive office administration service using discretion and judgment combined with practical office management skills.
  • Supervise the Administration Team and work as a member of the Admin Team.
  • Be familiar with and work to the protocols and policies of the 0-25 Service and Trust policies.
  • Maintain the dignity and self-respect of all patients/clients by ensuring equal access to services and achieving a high standard of care and documentation.
  • Be aware of the Health and Safety aspects of staff, patients, and visitors to the department.

Requirements

  • Good standard of education, including English.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working as an administrator and manager.
  • Previous experience of SystmOne.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office package.
  • The ability to develop existing systems and processes.
  • Proven experience of handling sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Team player with leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • Ability to manage and deliver workload to strict deadlines.
  • Proven planning, organisational, and motivational skills.
