Accounts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team at Austin Fraser, a well-established construction company based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations, working closely with our management team to ensure the smooth running of our administration department.

The successful candidate will have experience working in accounts or administration, with a background in data entry and document control. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and have excellent planning and organizational skills. This is a part-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

- General administration duties, including data entry, document control, and correspondence
- Inputting data into Sage or Xero
- Dealing with supplier payments, receipts, and invoices

Requirements:

- Background in accounts or administration, with experience assisting payroll
- Computer literacy, with experience of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Experience of data entry and document control, desirable
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Must have own transport, as the office is difficult to access on public transport
- Willing to work in the office
- Very effective planning and organizational skills
