Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Restoration Manager to join our team at Bridge Classic Cars. This role encompasses all aspects of engineering, reporting to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of invoices, working with the Accounts Administrator to a sign-off stage by the Managing Director. They will also oversee the maintenance of equipment, company vehicles, and the fabric of the building.

A strong manager conversant in a fast-paced engineering and vehicle workshop environment is required. The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of troubleshooting and be able to aid all parties in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front of house operations
  • Maintain equipment, company vehicles, and facilities
  • Produce invoices and work with the Accounts Administrator
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs
  • Deliver competition cars on time and on cost

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
