About the RoleWe are seeking a SEN teaching assistant to join our team in Birmingham. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. This may involve working one-to-one with students or supporting them in small groups.
