SEN Teaching and Learning Support

Job Description:
This SEN teaching assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with SEN. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have challenging behaviour or SEND, providing support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Provide academic support to pupils with SEN in a classroom environment
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
- Help pupils develop their skills and confidence through individualized learning plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education
- Experience working with children who have behavioural issues or additional learning needs
- Resilient attitude and confident in ability to work with challenging behaviour
