Job Description
  • We are looking for a qualified teacher with experience in primary teaching, particularly within KS2, and a passion for inclusive education.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, enabling them to adapt lessons to suit varied learning styles and developmental needs. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are also essential for building supportive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

Responsibilities
  1. Create individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  2. Collaborate closely with SEN support staff and other specialists to develop comprehensive learning plans.
  3. Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity among students.
  4. Regularly monitor and assess student progress, maintaining clear communication with parents and external professionals.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
