About the Role
Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 SEN Teacher to join our team in Fulham. This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet each student's individual learning goals and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated SEN specialists and teaching assistants to implement effective learning strategies that support individualized goals and positive outcomes.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans as necessary to ensure a responsive approach that promotes steady achievement and confidence building.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with KS2 teaching experience; background in SEN education is highly advantageous.
- Positive engaging teaching approach with a dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that accommodates each student's individual needs and strengths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to work effectively with support staff, SEN specialists, and parents to build a collaborative approach to student development.
- Adaptability and empathy in teaching ensuring that every lesson plan is thoughtfully designed to support the diverse needs of KS2 students.
Salary and Benefits
