Oncology Strategy Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategist with a mix of commercial, brand, and POE strategy experience working with pharmaceutical clients, with a focus in Oncology.

This is an exciting, high-impact role at the Associate Director level, requiring a confident modern marketer, collaborative and decisive enough to thrive in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant and guide to client brand teams, challenging their business and activation plans to drive results.
  • Guide and develop commercial, brand, and marketing strategies for assigned brands, as well as communications and POE strategies.
  • Be an oncology expert, providing insights on changes within oncology and helping clients find new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide analysis of large quantities of information, organizing it into easy-to-understand insights and evidence.
  • Develop creative briefs to inform creative solutioning and ideation, working with agency colleagues to create exciting ideas.
  • Define measurement strategies and KPIs for clients, including test-and-learn/optimisation recommendations.
  • Structure and lead workshops with cross-functional teams, creating project plans with clear deliverables and outputs.
  • Provide a POV on tools, processes, and frameworks that drive consistency in delivering growth plans across multiple markets.
  • Work regionally across assigned market clusters and locally within the cluster.
  • Understand and identify high-growth opportunities in the market, acting as a strategic partner to power local and cross-market advantage.
  • Guide and oversee the output of other strategists working on assigned brands.
