Grocery Channel Lead

We are looking for a Grocery Channel Lead to manage and develop profitable business relationships with two of the UK's largest retailers. You'll be using your natural curiosity, your excitement, and your ability to connect with people to not only maintain these vital relationships but to take them to new heights.
With a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organisation, you'll consistently deliver results and exceed targets. You'll also have a passion for fine food and a deep understanding of premium food positioning. This role offers you the chance to step into this position and make your mark on an already thriving company.
What you'll bring:
- To thrive in this role, you'll bring at least 2 years of experience managing major retailer relationships within the grocery channel ideally including M&S.
- You have strong private / own label experience.
- You'll also have a proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organisation, where you've consistently delivered results and exceeded targets.
Your estimated salary will be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You will also receive an uncapped bonus, car allowance (or car) and more, making it a highly rewarding career move.
