Senior National Account Manager – Grocery

This is a unique chance to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven food brand at a critical phase in our expansion into grocery. You’ll take ownership of key accounts, including Tesco and ASDA, helping drive sales growth, maximise visibility, and expand into new channels. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact within a small, collaborative, and ambitious team on a mission to bring a better-for-you brand to consumers.


What will my accountabilities be?

  • Account Management: Manage relationships with Tesco, ASDA, Ocado, and Waitrose, negotiating Joint Business Plans ensuring annual turnover and profit targets are met.
  • New Business Development: Create new opportunities across grocery and convenience channels.
  • Promotional Strategy: Plan in-store media activations and promotional activities to drive growth.
  • Product Launches: Oversee new product launches, including a major NPD set for June 2025
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance, manage KPIs, and report regularly on progress

Who will I be working with?

Internal & External

Reporting directly to the Founder and collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance.

You’ll also engage with external retail partners, including major grocers to build strong and profitable relationships.


A great candidate will have:

⭐️ 4+ years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably with a challenger brand)

⭐️ A track record in grocery, and the capability to build new distribution

⭐️ A proactive, self-starting attitude, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot and seize new opportunities

⭐️ Relationship-building skills and confidence in engaging with buyers and senior stakeholders across grocery channels

⭐️ Organisational skills, managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail
