Business Analyst Role

Capco is seeking experienced financial services Business Analysts to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with financial institutions. This role offers the chance to work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, transforming the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to perceive new and better ways of working
  • Help drive the use of Agile methodologies to make the organisation more agile
  • Recommend areas for change and provide support to the business as changes develop
  • Collaborate with all parts of the business, including 3rd parties

Requirements

  • Experience working within Retail Banking as a Business Analyst
  • Solid experience of process mapping and process re-engineering
  • Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
  • Change Management Methodology experience, with delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
