As a Facilities Management Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping our clients optimize their facilities management services, from aligning FM strategies with business objectives to developing operational structures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic FM reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Procure FM services through effective contract management and benchmarking
  • Develop and implement operational support plans to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage FM contracts and performance metrics to drive business value
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop business generation strategies and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Experience in facilities management procurement, benchmarking, contract, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
