FM Consultant Role

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a skilled FM Consultant to join our team. As an FM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality facilities management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in the successful delivery of projects
  • Independently complete tasks and activities, taking responsibility for your own time management and ability to work towards overall project timescales and tight deadlines
  • Support senior team members in business generation activities, such as bid writing and developing marketing material
  • Build strong, professional client relationships and identify and resolve client's issues
  • Develop skills and share knowledge within the whole consulting practice
Requirements
  • Proficient and experienced in using MS office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Experience in facilities management procurement, benchmarking, contract, and performance management
  • Knowledge of lifecycle and whole-life costs
  • Ability to deliver operational readiness and mobilisation

We are seeking individuals with a keen interest, experience, and knowledge in facilities management procurement, benchmarking, contract, and performance management. Additional experience in building construction, FM operations, operational readiness, and service mobilisation would also be of benefit.

The role can be based in any of our UK-based offices, but the individual must be flexible in terms of working location; overnight stays may be required in the long term, and there is a requirement to work across the UK and beyond when this arises.
