London, Greater London, United Kingdom Places Leisure Full time

We're a large, diverse and ambitious organisation dedicated to making communities thrive. Our vision is to create active places and healthy people for everyone to enjoy.

As an Activity Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering fun and interactive activities for children at our centres. Your primary responsibility will be to lead engaging programmes, develop innovative ideas and ensure maximum utilisation of the centre.

To excel in this role, you'll need an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and experience working with children. While previous experience as a customer service representative would be beneficial, it's not essential. What's more important is your ability to think creatively, work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude towards work, including covering parties at short notice. If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • We align with the Real Living Wage foundation
  • A bonus scheme for all colleagues at 2%
  • Full Health & Fitness membership for you, a nominated adult and up to 4 juniors
  • Flexible working (including part time working, shift work and more)
  • An opportunity to purchase additional annual leave
  • Lots of opportunity to access ongoing personal learning and development
  • Access to our Company Pension scheme
  • Cashback plan for healthcare costs – up to £500 saving per year
  • Discounts of up to 50% on activities, centre shop and cafes
  • Extra perks including huge discounts and offers from shops, cinemas and much more.

With a salary range of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of others.
