Transformative Leadership Opportunity in White-Collar Contract Business

Fifteen West is seeking a seasoned executive to drive growth and expansion of our white-collar contract business across EMEA and AsiaPac. As Regional Head of Contracts, you will lead and scale our high-margin contract operations, focusing on energy and STEM-related sectors.

This strategic role involves managing a team of up to 50 staff, overseeing £500k in monthly revenue, and delivering growth, expanding contractor headcount, and improving margins. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Fifteen West's future as we prepare for our next major growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in scaling the contract business across EMEA, with a focus on high-margin white-collar sectors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 50 staff, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across EMEA and AsiaPac, increasing both contractor headcount and overall revenue.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure business objectives are aligned with long-term growth strategies, driving EBITDA growth.
  • Position Fifteen West for future success, playing a key role in preparing the business for its next major event.

About You:

  • A proven track record of scaling white-collar contract businesses, ideally in energy or STEM-related sectors.
  • Experience leading large, diverse recruitment teams (30+) and managing multi-market operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, with a keen focus on EBITDA growth and margin improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a hands-on approach and a focus on driving results.
