About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team at Instant Impact. As a key member of our Growth team, you will play a crucial role in driving our demand generation strategy and executing dynamic campaigns that meet ambitious growth goals.

As a Marketing and Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership teams to implement campaigns that drive engagement and build trust within our core target market. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our marketing plan, across online and offline channels ensuring that campaigns meet lead generation and engagement targets for Instant Impact and Impact X brands.
  • Coordinate our series of high-profile events, from venue selection to marketing, and on-the-day setup, to create events with Impact.
  • Lead our presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by producing and managing engaging content and supporting team members in content creation.

What We Need From You
  • Experienced Marketing Professional with 2+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a high-growth or sales solutions environment.
  • Marketing Automation Expertise with proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Innovative Problem Solver with a creative approach to tackling challenges and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset with skills in data analysis and campaign performance tracking to drive optimization.
  • Self-Starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.
  • Team Player with effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit, ready to work across teams to achieve goals.
