Sales Team Leader

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our high growth sales initiatives. This role requires proven experience in scaling sales teams and channels with a mix of high-value, consultative sales and shorter sales assisted cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale our sales teams by building a high-performing team of sales professionals who meet or exceed targets aligned with our growth plans.
- Oversee the sales team's performance, setting KPIs, SLAs, and objectives, and conducting regular reviews and coaching sessions.
- Utilize data insights to identify solutions that improve sales conversion rates and drive these changes across multi-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead sourcing and partnership strategies.
- Work with operations teams to streamline project handovers and ensure strong customer experiences.
- Develop and implement processes, reporting, and platforms to drive efficiency and improved conversion in our sales processes, leading multi-disciplinary projects to achieve these goals.
- Support the COO on other strategic initiatives, including growth and channel expansion, proposition development, sales resource forecasting, and pricing and efficiency improvements.
About You:
- A proven track record of scaling sales teams with 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in tech-enabled businesses, preferably with experience in marketplaces.
- Strong familiarity with Hubspot and ability to leverage its capabilities effectively.
- An obsession with data analysis, able to extract insights that drive operational improvements while thinking holistically about impact and roll-outs.
- Demonstrated experience in building high-performing sales cultures centered around exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills to understand complex business needs and implement effective solutions at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing challenging conversations, coaching leaders, and communicating initiatives across teams.
- A bias towards action, comfortable with ambiguity, and a scrappy attitude to getting things done.
- An interest or passion in sustainability and renovations.
