As a junior sister, you will contribute to training, clinical supervision, and maintenance of competencies of colleagues within the team. Your ability to work at pace, prioritizing care needs, will be essential in this role.
Requirements- RGN qualification
- Relevant degree or post-registration experience in a relevant area
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace, prioritizing care needs
- Relevant experience as a registered nurse
- Evidence of implementing change to improve the patient experience
