About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Facilities Managers and an Engineering Manager across four sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support both facilities and automation requirements across four sites.
  2. Ensure all preventative maintenance schedules are serviced.
  3. Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards across the building and estate.
  4. Manage contractors and contracts needed to keep all 4 sites functional and cost-effective.
  5. Plan and coordinate contracts and contractors to maximize efficiency and minimize spend.
  6. Guide the Technical Services Manager in meeting automation upkeep and preventative maintenance routines.
  7. Engage with automation suppliers to ensure continuity of service while minimizing unnecessary spend.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  9. Project Manage major changes and refurbishments.
Requirements
  • Extensive commercial experience in Facilities and Automation within Logistics or Manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to balance commercial opportunity with operational capability while maximizing profitability.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A high degree of reliability and integrity.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • 6k car allowance.
  • Ability to work for a leading client in the sector with a good culture.
