Responsibilities
  • Service Users:

    • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
    • Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
    • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with senior staff and families.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care.
  • Staff:
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents.
