HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team in Liverpool. As an integral part of the organization, you will provide expert support in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional support in employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and facilitate engaging induction programs, contributing to training and development initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation of effective performance management processes.
- Manage HR data and MI reporting to inform business decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, assisting with various HR functions and day-to-day operations.
- You possess a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- You have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, enabling you to navigate changes with ease.
- As an excellent communicator, you build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- You are a flexible and proactive individual, willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
- Being a people person is essential; you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping others.
