About the Role
We are looking for an Account Management Specialist to join our team in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have strong IT experience and a good understanding of the eCommerce market.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing eCommerce and mail products, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients across the UK.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance product offerings, providing support to team members and broader business stakeholders.
- Visit client sites during initial collections, providing on-site or remote support for label carrier production.
- Assist with the installation of hardware, such as label printers, at client locations.
- Suggest improvements to internal software to enhance product offerings, productivity, and visibility for clients.
The successful candidate will have an estimated salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
