**Job Description**

We are seeking a qualified Secondary Education Specialist to work on a regular supply basis in Northamptonshire.

As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of regular classroom teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers or developing your own lesson plans when necessary.
  2. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students to help with their success.
  3. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining discipline in line with school policies.
  4. Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to address student needs and maintain consistency in instruction.
  5. Providing feedback to regular classroom teachers regarding student progress and any other details.

The ideal candidate will have QTS or ECT status, strong classroom management skills, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and a willingness to keep up to date with the National Curriculum.

Estimated Salary: £25-30 per hour
