Customer Service Representative

Our campus in West Sussex offers a unique working environment, with cutting-edge software and hardware, and spacious facilities. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be based at our Schroders Campus, working with our team to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be a promoter of Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly principles, and will take responsibility for the duty of care to our clients.
We're looking for a self-starter, willing to learn, with the ability to adapt communication according to the audience. You'll need to be able to prioritise work, and have the confidence to ask questions and suggest process improvements. You'll be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, and will bring enthusiasm, energy, and positivity to the role.
