Luxury Fashion Sales Associate

Clothsurgeon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Shopping Assistant to join our team at our luxury bespoke menswear store on Savile Row. As a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional shopping experiences, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Client Development: Build and maintain a loyal client book, ensuring consistent sales and personalized service.
- Personalized Shopping Experiences: Provide tailored shopping experiences to clients, including styling appointments, shopping experiences, and online and offline engagement.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury menswear products, including fit, construction, and technical specifications.
- Networking and Partnerships: Build relationships with the fashion community, including stylists, concierge services, and private member clubs, to increase sales activity and new clientele.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in high-end luxury retail, with a focus on personal shopping or luxury retail sales.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury menswear products, including fit, construction, and technical specifications.
- Commercial Mindset: A commercial mindset and a sales-driven approach, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
