Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of existing clients and develop new relationships to drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
- Support the Store Manager in managing, training, and motivating store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be the primary point of contact for Emilia Wickstead RTW, made-to-order, and bespoke tailoring, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Analyze client data to provide insights to the Marketing team and share trends and challenges with Fashion Associates.
- Enhance clientelling skills and drive true client understanding to ensure accurate information is captured by the junior sales team.
- Improve client data capture accuracy and rates for existing clients and prospective long-lasting relationships.
- Support the Store Manager in training and developing store associates, monitoring and observing standards on the shop floor, and ensuring the engagement and motivation of sales associates.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales with a strong client-centric background.
- Proven success in delivering on targets and KPIs.
- Bags of drive and initiative, with a passion for luxury fashion.
- Energetic and experienced in supervising teams.
