Senior Sales Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Team Leader to lead our residential sales team at Barnard Marcus. As a Senior Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service
  • Actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
