Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate - Women's Fashion

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at a top luxury fashion house in Central London.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reflect the luxury brand image through your service delivery, positive attitude, dress code, and behavior.
  • Work within a customer-focused role, driving client loyalty and sales through a luxury and unique customer service experience.
  • Support the management team with their daily tasks and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Current experience working with KPIs and CRM systems, as well as managing client appointments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with fashion stylists and personal shoppers.
  • Luxury fashion retail experience in Ladieswear, with a minimum of 2 years in London.
