About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory physiotherapy management to patients across various medicine, surgery, and intensive care environments.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience within our hospitals. To achieve this, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, leveraging your expertise in respiratory physiotherapy to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality respiratory physiotherapy management to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Supervise and contribute to the training and development of physiotherapy assistants and junior physiotherapists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration or equivalent professional registration as a physiotherapist.
  • At least 6 months NHS experience, with a strong background in respiratory physiotherapy.
