Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multi-site, research, study, and new product introduction projects. You will work closely with our Program Director and other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, including resource allocation and cost management.
  • Manage project risks, changes, and problems to ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed charter and within the agreed boundaries of specification, quality, time, and cost.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors and executive management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure that they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful project management experience, including experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning, and budget management.
  • Experience of managing diverse project teams and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent in a field such as mathematics, physics, electronics engineering, or a relevant discipline.
