About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamics Project Leader to join our team at Williams. As a key member of our aerodynamics department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of innovative aerodynamic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement aerodynamic strategies to maximize performance
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of aerodynamic components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct wind tunnel tests and analyze data to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in aerodynamics and CFD
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in F1 aerodynamic development
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent understanding of aerodynamics and CFD principles
  • Familiarity with CAD software and design tools
