About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamics Project Leader to join our team at Williams. As a key member of our aerodynamics department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of innovative aerodynamic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement aerodynamic strategies to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of aerodynamic components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of aerodynamic solutions
  • Conduct wind tunnel tests and analyze data to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerodynamics development, preferably in the F1 industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent understanding of aerodynamic principles and CFD techniques
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with wind tunnel testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
