About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, proactive, and personable leader who understands the importance of delivering high-end guest service. You will be responsible for overseeing all guest services operations, from arrival to departure, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with guests to understand their preferences and update their profiles accordingly.
  • Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective up-selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel cash procedures and security protocols.
  • Manage and resolve issues or emergencies that arise, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel products, services, and local knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Attend training courses and assist with team development to ensure continuous improvement.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous managerial experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • High-level IT proficiency, including Opera.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to respond to various work situations.
