Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our fish and chips business. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, overseeing food preparation and delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a team of kitchen staff to achieve excellent customer service and high-quality food production

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and delivery to meet customer expectations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

- Manage kitchen stock levels, inventory, and waste reduction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve excellent results

- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and delivery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
