Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare departmental budgets and discuss with heads of department.
  • Meet regularly with budget holders to discuss results and actions.
  • Preparation of forecasts with analysis and reporting of variances against budget.
  • Develop bespoke departmental reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Implementation of financial analysis across the spectrum of finance including sales, stock, manufacturing, etc.
  • Investigate drivers impacting the businesses KPIs.
  • Improve performance through analysis of costs and efficiencies.
  • Provide analytical support to other business functions.
  • Work with the Financial Control team to deliver meaningful financial data in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing practices and procedures to promote continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Ad hoc analysis and business case appraisal.
