HR BUSINESS PARTNER

At Runshaw College, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR services. This position will involve providing expert guidance and support to managers and staff, and helping to shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities will include delivering HR services to support the People strategy, providing guidance on employment law and HR best practices, and building relationships at all levels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive HR professional to make a real impact within an organisation dedicated to continuous improvement, staff development, and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • A minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or be working towards it)
  • Proven experience in a similar HR or training role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
