We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cancer Data Coordinator to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely patient progression through diagnostic and treatment pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate weekly tumour-specific multidisciplinary meetings (MDTs), ensuring smooth running and accurate recording of outcomes.
- Manage patient tracking records on the Cancer database, ensuring complete and informative tracking for each patient.
- Enter accurate cancer data on the cancer database for upload to Cancer Waiting Times, including drafting breach reports.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. Experience in planning complex processes, report writing, and data analysis is desirable. You will also need to be confident in using a variety of software packages, including word processing, excel spreadsheets, and e-mail, as well as Hospital systems.
