We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Kidderminster. As an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing office filing systems and databases to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, promoting engagement and collaboration among team members.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
