Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing office filing systems and databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, showcasing creativity and innovation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, promoting engagement and collaboration among team members.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly, with a keen eye for detail.
