Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various financial and accounting activities, with a primary focus on payroll processing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage payroll processing, including calculations, payments, and compliance.
    • Keep track of employee benefits and deductions.
    • Generate payroll reports and statements.
  • Financial Record Keeping:
    • Accurately record financial transactions in accounting software.
    • Verify and maintain the accuracy of financial documents and records.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
    • Support the financial controller in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to help create and manage budgets.
    • Participate in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Monitor actual performance against budget and provide insights.
