Heritage Portfolio, a leading provider of exceptional services, is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join their team based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the financial operations of Heritage Portfolio's prestigious client base. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting entries, managing supplier accounts, and processing payroll according to set timetables.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a rigorous control environment, provide insightful reporting, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with finance systems such as SAP, Eprophit, or similar platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in variance analysis
  • Experience with financial management software, including SAP, Eprophit, or other large-scale systems
  • Knowledge of contract catering and retail environments
  • Ability to travel across various sites and interact with internal and external stakeholders
