Director of Farm Business

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Farm Business Director to lead our thriving departments in Cambridge and Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and growth of our farm business operations in Cambridge and Norwich.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-selling initiatives to enhance revenue streams.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow team profiles and attract new clients.
  • Ensure the financial performance and regulatory compliance of the department, making informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in farm consultancy or management, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth through innovative thinking and strategic planning.
  • Experience in financial performance management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
