">The Savills Food & Farming team in East Anglia provides expert consultancy and management services to a wide range of farm businesses. As our new Lead Farm Strategist, you will play a key role in driving growth, improving client delivery, and building lasting relationships across the business.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in farm consultancy and leadership. You will be responsible for leading our Cambridge and Norwich Food & Farming departments, working closely with other disciplines within Savills to deliver our divisional strategy. Your focus will be on identifying new business areas, driving cross-selling activities, and fostering local client relationships.

Your Role
You will be based in our Cambridge office and will report directly to the Head of Region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Cambridge and Norwich Food & Farming departments, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships.
- Identifying new business areas and opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Driving cross-selling activities and promoting the benefits of our services to clients.
- Fostering local client relationships and building strong connections with stakeholders in the region.
- Contributing to the development of our divisional strategy and delivering results-oriented projects.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as agriculture, rural economics, or environmental science.
- Proven experience in farm consultancy, leadership, and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
