**Technical Support Role:** KPI Recruiting is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for core organizational systems and ensure they are fit for purpose.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for core organizational systems
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand system requirements and provide improvement guidance
  • Assist in the research, specification, design, implementation, testing, and management of new or updated modules
  • Develop user acceptance testing schedules for upgrades

**Requirements:**

  • Level 4/5 qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant IT professional qualifications and/or equivalent experience
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Proven experience in systems integration
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical IT issues
  • Ability to provide clear instructions to non-technical audiences
