**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Community Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kcare Health. As a key member of our community paediatric nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to sick children in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in your clinical skills, with experience in central line management, venepuncture, and enteral/NG/PEG care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to sick children in their own homes
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing emotional support to children and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified children's nurse (RSCN or RNC)
  • At least 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Central line experience
  • Venepuncture
  • Enteral/NG/PEG experience
  • Administering IVABs

Salary: Estimated salary is £44,503 - £60,595 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including annual leave entitlement and professional development opportunities.
