Job Description: Community Paediatric Nurse Manager

Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Community Paediatric Nurse Manager. This role will involve providing face-to-face support to children and their families in the North East London / Essex area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To design and implement tailored care plans for individual clients
  • To work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
  • To provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • To build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • 2 days working from home per week/3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
